I am loving my summer schedule … I work in the mornings from 7am to around 12 or 1, then I spend the rest of the day doing fun stuff with my 4 kids.  That's the beauty of running your own business … making your own schedule!  Time flies and I decided a long time ago that no matter where this business of mine took me the one thing I was not going to let it do was keep me from spending quality time with my kids.  After all they are what motivates me for success in everything I do, they are why I decided to start a business from home in the first place.

Now don't get me wrong … I have enough motivation on my own to want to succeed for my own goals and aspirations …. I have always been a very self motivated person … but knowing that everything I do … success or failure effects those 4 little ones … that is what keeps me up at night.

Believe with all of your heart that you will do what you were made to do.
Orison Swett Marden

How about you?  What keeps you up at night?  What is your true motivation for wanting to succeed in business and in life in general?  Those are some big questions if you really think about it.  But I really encourage you to think about it … once you know the answer to those questions you will know where you want your path of success to lead you.  The definition of success is different for all of us … what some people define as success is different then what I would view as success in my own life.  But that is the beauty of it … we all have the freedom to define what we want our lives to look like and what we view as a successful and happy life … you get to choose … then the only thing left to do is to go out and make it happen!

We are still masters of our fate.
We are still captains of our souls.

Winston Churchill
