Website Accessibility Statement

Accessibility Statement for The Marketing Momma | TMM Creative LLC
The Marketing Momma is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with diverse abilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to our website, marketing resources, and digital products.

Conformance Status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

The Marketing Momma is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content—specifically due to the absolute-positioning technical structure of our primary website builder platform (Showit)—may not yet fully conform to the strictest accessibility standards. However, our blog content is powered by WordPress, which natively supports semantic HTML layouts, structural headings, and standard screen-reader navigation.

Technical Specifications
The accessibility of our website relies on the following technologies to work with the specific combination of web browsers and any assistive technologies or plugins installed on your computer:
• HTML / CSS
• JavaScript
• Showit Platform Architecture (Main Pages)
• WordPress Platform Core (Blog & Articles)

Known Limitations and Alternative Formats
Despite our best efforts to ensure universal accessibility, some limitations inherent to drag-and-drop web software or legacy digital downloads may exist. Below is a description of known limitations and path-to-solutions:
1. Keyboard Tab Navigation: Due to the visual "canvas" architecture of Showit, some pages may occasionally skip logical reading sequences when using a keyboard Tab key. Solution: If you experience navigation loops, please reach out to us directly via email for a direct link map or text-only copy of the page content.
2. Info Products & PDFs: Some older downloadable PDF guides or worksheets may lack optimal screen-reader tags. Solution: We will gladly convert any info product into an accessible plain text or Google Doc format upon request at no extra charge.
3. Video Content: Certain legacy promotional or training videos may lack fully synchronized closed-captioning. Solution: We are actively auditing our video library. Please notify us if you require a written text transcript for a specific product.

Third-Party Software and Checkout Process
Our website uses several third-party digital tools to handle client inquiries, custom marketing forms, and e-commerce transactions for our info products.

While we prioritize vendors that champion digital inclusion, we do not have direct control over the source code or technical infrastructure of these external platforms.

Contact & Discovery Forms: Built using [Jotform] (https://www.jotform.com), which conforms to WCAG 2.1 Level A and Level AA standards.

Checkout Infrastructure: Handled via our white labeled checkout platform, Launch Suite (powered by [Simvoly] (https://simvoly.com)).

Payment Processing: Securely managed by [Stripe](https://stripe.com).
If you experience an accessibility block or screen-reader malfunction specifically during our checkout process or while filling out a form, please notify us immediately. We will manually process your product order or intake information over the phone or via standard email to ensure you do not miss out on any resources.
